We understand that life can throw some pretty hefty curveballs, and it’s okay to seek help.

Our mission is to create a safe haven where men can come together, share their experiences, support one another, and embark on a journey towards better mental health and well-being.

 "Plant and Prosper," our exciting new allotment project led by Andy Hedges. All members, along with their families, are welcome to help transform our space into a thriving vegetable garden. Connect, learn, and grow with us!

This initiative isn't just about gardening; it's about building a stronger community. Through teamwork and shared goals, we'll cultivate not only plants but also lasting friendships and a sense of accomplishment. Gardening provides therapeutic benefits, reducing stress and improving mental health, making it a perfect activity for all ages.

Unload & Uplift
Every Monday and Thursday 6pm 

Our talking circles are at the heart of what we do. These peer support groups provide a safe, confidential space for men to come together and share their experiences, challenges, and triumphs. 

Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or simply need a friendly ear, our talking circles foster a sense of community and mutual support.

 In these sessions, you’ll find understanding, empathy, and encouragement from others who may be facing similar struggles.

By sharing our stories and listening to others, we break down the stigma surrounding mental health and build resilience together...

 

 

 

 

 

Forest & Fellowship
Every Saturday from 7am

Join us for "Forest and Fellowship," an outdoor gathering designed to provide a safe and welcoming space for men to relax and connect with others. 

Enjoy the warmth of the fire, the comfort of coffee, and delicious bacon sandwiches as we create a brotherhood and fellowship that uplifts our souls and helps us release our worries.

No matter where you are in life or what you do "Forest and Fellowship" offers you a chance to step away from the daily grind and immerse yourself in nature. Breathe in the fresh air, listen to the crackling fire, and let the serene surroundings rejuvenate your spirit.

Trek & Tranquility
 

A Walk for Our Whole Community 

Every Fortnight we’re inviting everyone — men, women, families, friends, and dogs — to come together for a gentle community walk created especially for people who are suffering with mental health challenges or supporting someone who is.

No pressure, no judgement. Just fresh air, connection, and a chance to feel less alone.

 Whether you’re an experienced hiker or a beginner, our hikes are designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for all fitness levels.

 

 

Inspire & Motivate
 

We organise regular inspirational talks featuring guest speakers who share their stories, insights, and expertise on various aspects of mental health and personal development. 

These talks are designed to motivate, educate, and inspire participants to take positive steps in their mental health journey. Topics range from overcoming adversity and building resilience to finding purpose and achieving personal goals. 

Each talk is followed by a Q&A session, allowing attendees to engage with the speaker and gain further insights.

 

Christopher Paul Booth, aka "Boothy," turned his lived experience including 14-year incarceration and battle with addiction into a mission to empower men through mental health support.
